SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with GlowOrb. Here's everything you need to know about your order.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time
We currently ship to the United States. Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days after your order has been processed. Shipping times may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to factors outside our control such as customs delays.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 20 business days of your order date, please contact us on our email and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
