30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. After 30 days we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [your email] with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no return required.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without prior approval are not eligible for a refund.
Refund Process
